1. First week, drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. Now you might be saying, wow! tell me something I don't know. Well, water helps regulate the body's system, cleanses wasted out the body and helps you lose weight.
If you Drink 6 to 8 classes of water a day within a week. Trust me! You will lose 10 pounds the first week.
2. Second week do a colon cleanse. This also further helps with weight loss. For quick results use a hot water bottle, or if that's to gay for you macho guys out there try magnesium citrate. You can get it for like a dollar at Wal-Mart.
Only do the hot water bottle twice a month and do the same with citrate. They both will quickly help reduce your waist line within days. You will lose an additional 10 pounds!
3. Use with week one and two, eat a 1000 calorie diet, no fast food, if one must go to a fast food places, then get grill burgers. Buy the end of the 3rd week you will have lost 30 pounds. And people please count your calorie intake.
4. 3rd week, take 30min out the day and walk. You must continue to drink the 8 glasses of water a day.
5. 4th week you should see some noticeable changes and we will start to tone the body for beautification.
In the 4th week we start very easy workout routines.
