Day 1. Mon.

           Ok everyone, today is Tuesday but this post is for Monday. I'm taking you on a journey to losing weight fast.  Now Monday all I did was eat a 1000 calorie diet and Drink 8 glasses of water. Buy the end of the week I will have lost 10 pounds.  Right now I weigh a whopping 215.  By the end of the week Ill be 205.
