Its Wed. And the pounds are still coming off lol

      Hello everyone, right now I'm still on my water diet, yesterday I weighed 214 and now I'm 213 today.
Still doing the same thing as Monday and Tuesday. I pretty much still eat like i want as long as I keep my daily food intake to 1000 calories a day. Yesterday I had cereal in the morning, pizza for lunch, and baked chicken with pasta for dinner and I'm Still losing weight.  But keep in mind that im still drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day.   So if there is any one that has any input, please feel free to post.  If you are just joining me please start from day one, just go to the bottom of the page and read from day one, and go on this journey to weight lose. well waiting to hear from you all.
