Thurs. Still losing weight!!!

Thursday is here however my weight is still currently 206 trying to get down to 205 by Sat! Lets see what happens! And people I'm still just drinking 8 to 6 classes a day and this week I incorporated citrate.

Wed.

Hello every one! Its Wed! and i am currently 206 today! I'm still eating a 1000 calorie diet, drinking 6 to 8 classes of water and yesterday I added citrate to the mix and I already dropped 2 pounds In a day, lol great right? So please continue to follow me and see how easy it is to drop the weight.

Tues.

Today is Wed. But Im posting for Tues.  No this week is when we try adding our citrate. I drank a half a bottle today and tomorrow I will see what kind of weight changes my body has made.  Am people dont for get we are still drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day on conjunction with the citrate.  You can buy a bottle of this stuff for a dollar at Wal Mart or family dollar. p.s. don't for get to review the cool products on my page, they are really great!

Hello every one, there has been some real changes in my weight. Today is wed. But this post is for Monday.  Monday I was 209 and I am currently stuck there. That means that I went from 215 to 209. So I dropped 6 pounds.  Please continue to read my post for Tues. and Wed.

Friday!!! And I'm Feeling Lighter And Lighter!!!

Hello people!  Its Friday and I weigh 209! Thats less then I expected! People all I did was drink water and maintain a 1000 calorie diet and the weigh just came right off.  Next week, I'm posting videos to show you my progress!  So people please don't forget to review the products to you right and at the bottom, Thinks!

   Hello people! Today is Friday, but I'm posting for Thursday.  I ate cereal that morning, two slices of pizza for lunch, and for dinner I had a spinach salad with hot wings, and the weight is still coming off. Crazy Right!  And don't forget I'm still drinking 8 glasses of water a day and maintain a 1000 calorie a day diet. No Exerciseing!  Ok people, dont forget to review the great products on the right of my page, thinks!

Its Wed. And the pounds are still coming off lol

      Hello everyone, right now I'm still on my water diet, yesterday I weighed 214 and now I'm 213 today.
Still doing the same thing as Monday and Tuesday. I pretty much still eat like i want as long as I keep my daily food intake to 1000 calories a day. Yesterday I had cereal in the morning, pizza for lunch, and baked chicken with pasta for dinner and I'm Still losing weight.  But keep in mind that im still drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day.   So if there is any one that has any input, please feel free to post.  If you are just joining me please start from day one, just go to the bottom of the page and read from day one, and go on this journey to weight lose. well waiting to hear from you all.
